Located in the North of Morocco in the complex Jawhara Smir, this very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment is in a fantastic location. Jawhara Smir sits in the heart of Tamuda Bay on the Mediterranean Sea, on Morocco’s ‘Golden Mile’ where the King of Morocco has a summer palace.
The apartment is directly opposite the famous Marina Smir, where you will find numerous bars and restaurants serving both traditional Moroccan dishes such as Tagines and Couscous as well as a good selection international cuisine. Next to Marina Smir you will find the large sandy beach that stretches for miles.
In front of Marina Smir you will find the 5 star Sofitel Hotel famous for its thalassotherapy treatments and a very enjoyable place to enjoy a drink whilst sitting on the large terrace looking out to sea.
Jawhara Smir has two large child friendly pools set in well maintained gardens, a small shop for daily provisions and an onsite cafe bar. The apartment has views of the sea and mountains and many breakfasts can be enjoyed on the balcony watching the goats and sheep brought down from the mountains to enjoy their breakfast in the orchard below.
The apartment has a designated parking space and the complex is safe and secure with 24hr security provided. It has air conditioning and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It is fitted with smoke alarms in both bedrooms and the main living space as well as a carbon monoxide detector outside the two bedrooms.
